Junior Achievement Zambia partners with Prudential Life Assurance Zambia to benefit primary school children
Today, Cha-ching a program by Junior Achievement Zambia and Prudential Life Assurance Zambia announced a partnership that will boost the financial literacy curriculum for primary school pupils.
At a signing ceremony at Prudential House in Lusaka, Junior Achievement Zambia Executive Director, Teddy M Nyasulu said: “This partnership with Prudential Life Assurance Zambia will make the Cha-ching program a success as we will work hand in hand to deliver quality financial education to our children.”
The Cha-ching program will enhance children’s financial literacy levels. As it will be focused on four concepts; earn, save, spend and donate.
Commenting on the partnership, Prudential Life Assurance Zambia Managing Director Krishnaswamy Rajagopal said, “It is an honour to get into partnership with the Cha-ching program, as this initiative will help our children learn how money is earned, how to save, spend and donate, hence, enhancing their money-management skills. Prudential Life Assurance Zambia is happy to be part of the Cha-ching program as it is adding to the development of the country.”
The Partnership is effective immediately and Prudential Zambia will work hand in hand with Junior Achievement Zambia to ensure that the Cha-ching program is run efficiently and effectively.
