    You will need to call us for pre-authorization on the numbers embedded in your policy document.

  • How do I make a claim for a refund?

  • How can I know my policy number?

    To know your policy number email us your NRC number on info@prudential.co.zm and we will share more details with you.

  • Which documents form my insurance contract?

    Your insurance contract is made up of three documents namely, Acceptance letter, Policy Schedule and Policy terms and conditions. Email us on info@prudential.co.zm to get any of the named documents.

  • Why would my insurance application be rejected?

    Your application would be rejected under the following conditions:

    1. 1. If the information you provided on the proposal form or supporting documents are not accurate.
    2. 2. If the information you provided on the proposal form is Suspicious of fraud.
    3. 3. If you do not meet the Selection criteria standards
  • Can I cancel my application before it is accepted?

    Yes. The policy can be cancelled any time if you choose to do so.

  • How do I pay my monthly premiums?

    We currently have four (4) active ways through which you can pay premiums.

    1. 1. Pay roll Deduction
    2. 2. Cash, Swipe or Bank Transfer
    3. 3. Standing Order
    4. 4. Direct Debit

  • What should I do if my premiums are not collected?

    In the event of your premiums not being collected. You can pay cash/swipe at any of our offices nearest to you or by making a bank transfer to our bank account. we urge you to send an email to info@prudential.co.zm or visit our offices nearest to you.

  • What can I do if I can no longer afford to pay future premiums?

    We currently have four (4) active ways through which you can pay premiums.

  • When do I receive my acceptance letter and policy schedule?

    Acceptance letter is shared once the policy has been accepted and the policy schedule is shared after the first premium has been paid. You can request for the documents by email to info@prudential.co.zm

  • Can I change beneficiaries on my insurance policy?

    Yes, if you have not exceeded the number of listed beneficiaries required. Kindly email a signed change request letter to info@prudential.co.zm or visit any Prudential branch nearest to you.

  • Can I make corrections to my acceptance and policy schedule?

    Yes, Kindly email a signed change request letter to info@prudential.co.zm

  • What is the frequency of premium payment?

    The amount paid towards the policy can be on a monthly, quarterly, semi - annual, and annual basis.

  • Can I increase or reduce my premium amount?

    Smart Saver and Flexi farewell policies can be adjusted except the Smart Child policy. Kindly call 752 to speak to our next agent and get more information.

  • How do I pay for missed premiums?

    Yes, Kindly send a request to info@prudential.co.zm

  • How do I get my premium contribution statement?

    This is a summary of all premiums you have remitted towards your policy. To get your policy statement, we will require your NRC number for reference. You can request for your policy statement by email to info@prudential.co.zm.
